Here’s how

  1. Cook the potato gnocchi in the hot water for 2 minutes, then place them in the gratin dish.
  2. In a bowl mix some Sprühram and the 2 Glarner Grüessli (half-and-half)
  3. Add a little salt and pepper, mix and spread the mixture in the gratin dish.
  4. Sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese.
  5. Put in the oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes.
