{"id":1455,"date":"2022-05-10T11:08:08","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T09:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geska.brandneu.ch\/recipe\/pizokel-au-serac-avec-salsiz-et-morceaux-de-pomme\/"},"modified":"2022-06-23T13:08:13","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T11:08:13","slug":"pizokel-au-serac-avec-salsiz-et-morceaux-de-pomme","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/schabziger.ch\/fr\/recipe\/pizokel-au-serac-avec-salsiz-et-morceaux-de-pomme\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizokel au s\u00e9rac avec salsiz et morceaux de pomme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes<\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pizokel<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>80 g de schabziger, finement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>100 g de farine blanche<\/li><li>5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf, battu<\/li><li>Sel<\/li><li>poivre fra\u00eechement moulu<\/li><li>Noix de muscade<\/li><li>150 g de pommes de terre farineuses \u00e0 la cuisson<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sauce<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 dl \/ 50 ml de cr\u00e8me \/ cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li><li>Beurre de s\u00e9rac (Zibu)<\/li><li>80 g de salsiz ou de jambon cru ou de mostbr\u00f6ckli, en fines tranches \/ lamelles<\/li><li>2 pommes rouges fermes \u00e0 la cuisson<\/li><li>2 dl \/ 200 ml d&rsquo;eau sucr\u00e9e<\/li><li>1 morceau de citron<\/li><li>Schabziger, grossi\u00e8rement r\u00e2p\u00e9, pour saupoudrer<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voici comment proc\u00e9der<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Eplucher les pommes de terre et les r\u00e2per sur la r\u00e2pe \u00e0 bircher, les mettre dans une passoire, les rincer sous l&rsquo;eau courante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau soit claire.<\/li><li>Couper les pommes en quatre avec la peau et les \u00e9p\u00e9piner, couper les quartiers de fruits en tranches, les faire cuire dans l&rsquo;eau sucr\u00e9e avec le citron sans qu&rsquo;elles soient trop tendres. Garder au chaud.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer le schabziger, la farine, le lait et l&rsquo;\u0153uf pour obtenir une masse ferme, assaisonner. Incorporer les pommes de terre \u00e0 la main. Laisser reposer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizzas \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Faire chauffer une grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e dans une casserole. D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te par portions sur une planche en bois rinc\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide, la racler dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du dos d&rsquo;un couteau.
