Elles succ\u00e8dent \u00e0 Reto Hiestand, dont les fonctions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9es \u00e0 titre int\u00e9rimaire pendant la phase de transition par le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration, Hans-Ruedi Schnellmann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une double expertise \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong><br>Avec Julia Baumann et Anita Limacher, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019adjoint les services de deux ing\u00e9nieures dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es de l\u2019EPFZ (ETH) poss\u00e9dant une exp\u00e9rience dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail et l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire. Julia Baumann dispose d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience en gestion op\u00e9rationnelle dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail alimentaire ainsi que d\u2019une expertise strat\u00e9gique en tant que membre du conseil d\u2019administration d\u2019une entreprise de taille moyenne active dans la production et le commerce. Avec son cabinet de conseil Saxinova GmbH, elle accompagne actuellement des organisations dans des projets de strat\u00e9gie et de transformation. Anita Limacher est ing\u00e9nieure agroalimentaire dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e et poss\u00e8de une longue exp\u00e9rience dans le d\u00e9veloppement de produits, les op\u00e9rations, la gestion des processus et la num\u00e9risation. Apr\u00e8s avoir occup\u00e9 divers postes de direction chez Chocolat Frey et au sein de Migros Industrie, elle a fond\u00e9 sa propre start-up alimentaire et d\u00e9veloppe et commercialise, sous la marque FITU, des confitures \u00e0 teneur r\u00e9duite en sucre.
