Allow to cool. Chop spinach. Mix the Schabziger with the spinach, season to taste.<\/li><li>Spread the filling evenly on the dough. Roll dough lengthwise. Allow dough roll to firm up in the freezer.<\/li><li>Preheat oven to 200 \u00b0C.<\/li><li>Cut the frozen roulade into 1 cm thick slices, place slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
