{"id":1566,"date":"2022-05-10T13:52:36","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T11:52:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geska.brandneu.ch\/recipe\/lasagna-bolognese-with-truffle-bechamel-sauce\/"},"modified":"2022-06-23T13:45:25","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T11:45:25","slug":"lasagna-bolognese-with-truffle-bechamel-sauce","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/schabziger.ch\/en\/recipe\/lasagna-bolognese-with-truffle-bechamel-sauce\/","title":{"rendered":"Lasagna Bolognese with truffle bechamel sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients for 4-6 <\/strong>people<\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bolognese<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 g chopped beef<\/li><li>Frying butter or cream<\/li><li>1 onion, finely chopped<\/li><li>1 clove of garlic, pressed<\/li><li>1 tablespoon tomato puree<\/li><li>1 can of pelati, diced tomatoes (400g)<\/li><li>\u00bd dl red wine or vegetable broth<\/li><li>3 dl vegetable broth<\/li><li>1 tsp sugar<\/li><li>1 tablespoon chopped oregano<\/li><li>1 tablespoon thyme leaves salt pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e9chamel sauce<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50 g butter<\/li><li>7 tablespoons flour<\/li><li>6 dl milk<\/li><li>\u00bd tsp salt<\/li><li>Pepper<\/li><li>Nutmeg<\/li><li>abundant <a href=\"https:\/\/geska.ch\/produkte\/#gourmetline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">white St\u00f6ckli<\/a> with truffle<\/li><li>200g <a href=\"https:\/\/geska.ch\/produkte\/#traditionell\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Glarner Gr\u00fcessli<\/a> (for Schabziger lovers) or neutral cream cheese<\/li><li>16 lasagne sheets (approx. 275g)<\/li><li>100g Sbrinz, grated<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here&#8217;s how<\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the bolognese:<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Brown the meat in the hot frying butter, add the onion and garlic. Add tomato puree, steam.<\/li><li>Deglaze with red wine and add the pelati, bring to a boil, reduce heat.<\/li><li>Add sugar, oregano and thyme, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.<\/li><\/ol>\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the bechamel sauce:<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Melt the butter. Add flour, cook on low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, deglaze with milk. Bring to the boil while stirring constantly, add the Glarner Gr\u00fcessli and season with plenty of Weiss St\u00f6ckli with truffle. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, season.<\/li><\/ol>\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The layers of lasagna<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Layer bolognese, lasagna sheets and bechamel sauce in buttered gratin dish. In between, spread half of the Sbrinz over the lasagna. Finish with bechamel sauce, spread remaining Sbrinz on top. Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 200 \u00b0C for 30-40 minutes.<\/li><li>The lasagna can be prepared a day in advance. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
