{"id":1540,"date":"2022-05-10T11:08:08","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T09:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geska.brandneu.ch\/recipe\/ziger-pizokel-with-salsiz-and-apple-pieces\/"},"modified":"2022-06-23T13:45:24","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T11:45:24","slug":"ziger-pizokel-with-salsiz-and-apple-pieces","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/schabziger.ch\/en\/recipe\/ziger-pizokel-with-salsiz-and-apple-pieces\/","title":{"rendered":"Ziger pizokel with salsiz and apple pieces"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for 4 people<\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pizokel<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>80 g Schabziger, finely grated<\/li><li>100 g white flour<\/li><li>5 tablespoons milk<\/li><li>1 egg, beaten<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>freshly ground pepper<\/li><li>Nutmeg<\/li><li>150 g floury potatoes<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sauce<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 dl \/ 50 ml cream \/ cream<\/li><li>Ziger butter (Zibu)<\/li><li>80 g Salsiz or raw ham or Mostbr\u00f6ckli, in fine slices \/ strips<\/li><li>2 firm red apples<\/li><li>2 dl \/ 200 ml sugar water<\/li><li>1 piece lemon<\/li><li>Schabziger, coarsely grated, for sprinkling<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here&#8217;s how<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Peel the potatoes and grate them on the Bircher grater, put them in a sieve, rinse under running water until the water runs clear.<\/li><li>Quarter and core apples with peel, cut fruit quarters into slices, boil with lemon in sugar water until not too soft. Keep warm.<\/li><li>Stir Schabziger, flour, milk and egg to a firm mass, season. Mix in potatoes by hand. Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>In a pot, heat plenty of salted water. Place the dough in portions on a wooden board rinsed with cold water, scrape it into the boiling water using the back of a knife.
