Tarte flambée with vegetables and feta shabziger
Ingredients for 4 people
1 round rolled out puff pastry
1 1/2 dl/150 ml milk
2 dl/200 ml cream/cream
2 tablespoons flour
100 g grated cheese, e.g. half Gruyère, half Appenzeller
50 g grated Schabziger
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
2-3 sprigs marjoram, leaves plucked off
1-2 tomatoes, finely sliced
For the filling, whisk egg, milk and cream, stir in flour, cheese and Schabziger, season, stir in marjoram leaves.
Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
Place the puff pastry in the mold, prick several times with a fork. Spread the cheese mixture on the dough base. Top with tomato slices.
Place the cheese ziger chueche on the second lowest rack in the oven and bake at 230 °C for 15 to 20 minutes
