Here’s how

  1. For the filling, whisk egg, milk and cream, stir in flour, cheese and Schabziger, season, stir in marjoram leaves.
  2. Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
  3. Place the puff pastry in the mold, prick several times with a fork. Spread the cheese mixture on the dough base. Top with tomato slices.
  4. Place the cheese ziger chueche on the second lowest rack in the oven and bake at 230 °C for 15 to 20 minutes
