Glarner gruessli gnocchi casserole
Ingredients for 4 people
1 packet of fresh potato gnocchi approx. 500 – 700g
1 spray can of unsweetened cream
2 Glarus greetings
1 bag of grated cheese (e.g. Gruyère)
A small gratin dish
Cook the potato gnocchi in the hot water for 2 minutes, then place them in the gratin dish.
In a bowl mix some Sprühram and the 2 Glarner Grüessli (half-and-half)
Add a little salt and pepper, mix and spread the mixture in the gratin dish.
Sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese.
Put in the oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes.
